Private vault
Private vault is an online feature that provide the user secured access and privacy much like a "bank safety deposit box". Buyers and sellers are given access by "invitation" or by "request" for entry to "private boxes".
This feature is a privilege for GemTrust.io’s Members only.
Step 1: Simply click on "My Panel".
Step 2: Go to "Private Vault" on the sidebar menu.
Step 3: Add your Private Vault.
Step 4: Complete Private Vault Information
(You can choose to send an invitation to your existing customer or new customer.)
Step 5: Choose the product you want to make put in the private vault.
(Vendor will have to send a request for a product they would like to make it private.)
Step 6: Save and email the item in the private vault to your customer, or you can save it as a draft.
