GemTrust Payment Information

          GemTrust offers 3 easy, convenient, and secure payment systems for our customers, however, we would be pleased to arrange other payment methods at our customer’s request in the future.

 

1.  Paypal.com
 

          Easy, safe, fast, and free to sign up for customers. Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal with 3% transition fee for customers (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express).

2. Bank Transfer (Swift) 
 

          Typically, it takes 3-5 business days (depending on customer's banks) to transfer money from customers' bank account to GemTrust.io bank account. Then products are shipped within 24 hours after money transfer is completed. 

 

          To pay the total amount with Swift Transfer, please go to your local bank and give them these details:

          Note: The bank fee that will be charged to GemTrust.io is $20.00, so please add this fee to the total amount. Customers will also have to pay for the bank fee at the customer’s end (charged by the customer's bank).

 
3. Payment by Bank Checking or Cash (Thailand located customers) 
 

          We also accept bank checks. Checks from Thai banks will take 1-7 days to be cleared. However, foreign check will take around 1-2 months for the checks to be cleared. As a result, check payment method is not accepted for international customers.
